We are working on adding other proprietary products to ensure work force stability. • Our dayshift runs from 6:30am – 5pm Monday – Thursday and 630am – 10:30am Friday.
• Our afternoon shift runs from 5pm to 4am Monday – Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Produce good quality welds according to customer specifications and weld drawings.
• Occasionally will need to lift up to 50lbs.
• Will need to be able to stand for up to ten and a half hours per shift.
• Read and interpret blue prints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience MIG welding.
• TIG welding experience is an asset.
• Fitting experience considered an asset.
• Stainless steel and aluminum welding experience is valuable.
• Robotic welder operation is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and take pride in your work.
• Past CWB certification considered an asset.
• Commitment to quality and workplace safety.

Compensation

• Starting wages are based on skill & experience determined after a weld test has been completed.
• 2 x 15 min breaks paid.
• ½ hour lunch unpaid.
• Time and ½ paid after 44 hours.
• Performance bonus points for quality and dedication.
• Afternoon shift premium.
