We fallow the MOL heat break guidelines for additional breaks on hot and humid days.

- Will need to be able to stand for up to ten and a half hours per shift.
- Read and interpret blue prints.
Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to safely and efficiently move products within the warehouse

Estimator
Project Estimator: We have an immediate opening for a job estimator who will be responsible for providing rapid response to RFQ’s from a wide range of metal fabrication and manufacturing requests. You will excel in a fast paced and rapidly growing fabrication business. The position is full time and permanent offering competitive salary, performance bonus as well as other benefits and incentives. Estimating experience in agricultural equipment and construction equipment manufacturing will be an asset.
Responsibilities
- Assess the viability of incoming RFQ requests
- Respond to existing and new client RFQ’s.
- Create a great working relationship with customers and steel suppliers.
- Assemble accurate, timely and well-organized estimates.
- Review drawings and tender documents to understand scope of work and submission requirements.
- Establish a schedule, including dates and completion timelines for projects.
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in estimating for a diverse range of metal fabrication requests.
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Plex or ERP systems, Excel as well as Lentek or Solid Works programs to import customer drawings for estimating. Estimating experience using Excel spreadsheets is essential.
- Have a working knowledge of GD&T
- Have the ability to calculate mathematical extensions, read and understand engineering drawings, purchase orders etc. is essential.
- Experience with electronic design software, CAD software exposure.
- Analyze product opportunities through customer visits, research
- Must have the ability to work in a multi-cultural team atmosphere and communicate well with other departments.

Production Parts Selector - Dayshift

We are seeking an experienced, motivated production parts selector to join our growing company in Aylmer Ontario. This position is for day shift, full time and permanent 44 hours a week. 2 – 15 minute paid breaks.
Shift starts at 6:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday. Friday until 12;00 pm. with some overtime possible.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Select stock according to work station order sheet (picking and packing instructions)
- Accurately record quantities selected.
- Build pallets of selected stock while observing standards for height, weight, stability (breaking point), and security of product.
- Perform assigned tasks to maintain a clean and safe working environment, i.e., sweeping, clean up cardboard, etc.
- Replenishers stock as required in assigned locations.
- Operate moving equipment safely and ensure equipment is in proper working order before each shift
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- Physically fit and have good endurance.
- Tolerant to repetitive bending and lifting. Parts can weigh up to 50 lb.
- Language: English. (Spanish and German are assets.)
- Fork lift and overhead crane experience are assets.
- Preferred 1 yr. parts selection in a metal fabrication factory.

- Lead rework projects, eliminate defects with parts which may include rejection and recycling.
